A few months ago, I officially partnered up with my mom, Gabriela Ceseña, after years of circling around her business from the sidelines. What started as casual support has turned into a full-force, all-in partnership that’s completely transformed how we serve our clients.
My mom has over 35 years of experience in sales and negotiation—she’s the one you want at the table when it’s time to get a deal done. She knows how to navigate any transaction, she’s fiercely loyal to her clients, and she’s the most talented business woman and leader I’ve ever seen in action. She has this gift for cutting through the noise, solving problems, and getting results.
We’re two different generations with unique strengths, but we complement each other in all the right ways. Gabriela brings precision, wisdom, and unmatched experience in the art of negotiation and business. I bring strategy, speed, and a distinct focus on tech integration and modern business practices. At the core, we’re both deeply relationship-driven.
